Julia’s experience includes leadership roles in tourism, environment, retail and not-for-profit. She is driven by the powerful connections that can be built between an organisation’s social purpose and sustainable profits.

Emily is a Partner at Allens lawyers. She is an environment and planning specialist, with additional experience in land tenure and access issues, compulsory acquisition, Aboriginal cultural heritage and native title.

Cath is a Director with Kain Lawyers, Melbourne with significant national and international experience in mergers, acquisitions and disposals.

Nicola Ward has over twenty years experience in state and local government. She brings strong skills in public policy, and strategy and implementation, particularly in natural resource management and land use change.

Hugh works in natural resource management, specialising in sustainable management of forest resources, integrated land-use and social dimensions of forestry.

Andrew is an internationally recognised social entrepreneur having spent the past 30 years seeding, nurturing and then mentoring over 15 successful social enterprises. These have been in both Australia and Timor-Leste.

Guy is an experienced property executive whose expertise has been developed on International and Australian projects over the last 20 years and he thrives on developing high quality property.

Les has over 20 years of senior Management and Leadership experience primarily in the Victorian water Catchment Management, and Victorian health sector, with a focus on governance excellence and results driven business solutions.

Cecilia has worked for more than 15 years in environmental law, policy, strategy and markets. She has recently joined the Australian Land Conservation Alliance (ALCA) to lead the development of a permanent protection methodology under the Nature Repair Market. Prior to this she spent eight years as Trust for Nature's dedicated senior policy advisor.

Jeremy is an environmental economist with specialisation in environmental economics, policy, governance, regulation and markets, particularly relating to biodiversity and water. He is an advisor to governments, the private sector, and NFPs on environmental markets, and approaches for scaling and accelerating prudent investment in natural capital.
